Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy

You may not use CreatorHarbor.ai — including any prompt, uploaded file, or output you reuse — for any of the following:

• Illegal content or activity.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
• Pornographic or sexually exploitative content.
• Non-consensual intimate content involving people depicted without their consent.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, or identity theft.
• Fake government, financial, identity, or legal documents.
• Malicious impersonation or deceptive deepfakes.
• Defamation, harassment, threats, or targeted personal abuse.
• Unlawful discrimination or hate speech.
• Promotion or glorification of unlawful violence.
• Terrorist or extremist material.
• Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or any other right.
• Uploading material depicting real people without the consent needed to use it.
• Malware, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems.
• Circumventing the safety controls of our generation providers.
• Reselling accounts or transferring credits between users.
• Using outputs as verified legal, medical, financial, or safety advice without qualified human review.

• Our generation providers may reject any prompt or uploaded file they consider to violate their own controls, independently of us.
• We may remove content, suspend access, or cooperate with lawful requests where a legal obligation to do so exists.
• You are legally responsible for the lawful use of any prompt you write, file you upload, or output you use outside the platform.

AI output may contain errors, or unintentionally resemble pre-existing material. This policy does not grant you ownership or rights in any output beyond what the underlying model provider or applicable law actually grants — see the Terms of Service.
