Digital Delivery Policy

CreatorHarbor.ai sells entirely digital services and credit packs — no physical goods and no shipping of any kind. Everything you purchase (a subscription or a credit pack) is activated inside your account on the platform itself.

• Plan access is activated, or credits are added to your account, only after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery is entirely electronic and goes directly to your CreatorHarbor.ai account — no further action is normally needed from you.
• Security or fraud review may delay activation in rare cases.
• If payment succeeds but the credits or plan don't appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact us immediately at support@creatorharbor.ai.

Plan or credit activation happens promptly after payment is confirmed. How long a subsequent generation itself takes depends on the selected model, AI provider availability, the requested output's duration/quality, and the queue state at the time — we do not guarantee an exact generation time.

If a generation job fails, the credits held for it are automatically returned per the process described in the Terms of Service — nothing is charged for work that did not complete.
