Terms of Service

By using CreatorHarbor.ai — whether by browsing the site, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing credits — you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to any paid plan or purchase any standalone credit pack.
• Anyone under 18 may only use free features, and only with a parent/guardian's consent/supervision where applicable law requires it.

• You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details confidential and for all activity that happens through your account.
• You must give us accurate account information and keep it up to date as it changes.
• Notify us immediately at support@creatorharbor.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

CreatorHarbor.ai is an AI-assisted content generation and editing platform — image, video and audio — with related creative tools (templates, brand identity, a video editor). Services are consumed through a credit system deducted from your balance for each generation, based on the model and settings you select before running it.

• You are responsible for any material you upload or enter as a prompt, and for holding any permissions needed to use it (such as real people's images or copyrighted material).
• You grant us a limited technical licence to process content you upload only to the extent needed to operate the service you requested — for no other purpose.
• You retain whatever rights you already hold in material you upload; these Terms do not transfer its ownership to us.
• This policy does not grant you rights in AI outputs beyond what the underlying model provider or applicable law actually grants.

The CreatorHarbor.ai brand, logo, platform interface, design, and underlying software remain the exclusive property of the operating entity or its licensors. Your use of the platform grants you no right to copy or use these elements outside your ordinary use of the service.

Currently approved prices and credits are shown in the table below, the single approved source for these figures — the exact same table the Pricing page itself reads:

• Each plan's monthly credit allowance renews monthly — on both monthly and annual billing. An annual subscription is charged as one annual total, but credits are granted monthly, at the same monthly amount — never as a single upfront yearly grant.
• Automatic renewal: once recurring billing is genuinely enabled, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
• Standalone credit packs are a one-time purchase, do not auto-renew, and are added straight to your balance.

The displayed credit amount is deducted based on the model and settings you selected before generation. When a generation starts, that amount is held against your balance; if it succeeds it is actually charged, and if it fails, is rejected by the provider, or you cancel it, the full held amount is automatically released — no one is charged for a job that did not complete.

If a generation job does not reach a final result within 15 minutes of starting, the system closes it automatically on its own side and returns the full held amount to your balance, with no action required from you.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — the service may be affected by scheduled maintenance or by issues at our infrastructure or AI providers, which are sometimes outside our full control. The set of available AI models, and their characteristics, may change over time (a model may be added, retired, or updated) without changing what your credit balance or paid plan entitlements actually are.

• Credits are used exclusively to request CreatorHarbor.ai services and cannot be used anywhere outside the platform.
• Credits are not transferable between users.
• Credits are not withdrawable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credits are deducted according to the model and settings you select before a generation starts, and the amount is shown to you before it runs.
• If a generation fails before the final charge is captured, the held credits are automatically released or returned to your balance.
• Your plan's monthly subscription credit does not carry over between cycles: any unused portion expires automatically when a new credit cycle begins. Top-up credits you purchase separately remain in your balance until you use them, and are not affected by subscription renewal or by the end of the subscription credit cycle. If any of this changes in the future, this page will be updated and we will notify you through a reasonable channel.

Using the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose is prohibited, in full detail in the Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy — which forms part of these Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, to protect the platform's security or other users, or in response to a binding legal request.
• We will aim to tell you the reason for any suspension or termination unless the law or a genuine security concern prevents it.
• You may end your own use of the platform at any time by requesting account deletion — see the Privacy Policy.

The platform relies on external service providers (generation infrastructure, hosting, authentication and storage, and payments once enabled). We do not fully control the availability or performance of these services, and are not responsible for a failure that arises solely from a third party outside our reasonable control.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free, or that every output will meet your expectations or particular purpose, except to the extent UAE law expressly grants a right that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability to you is limited to what you actually paid the platform during the relevant period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under the UAE Consumer Protection Law or any other applicable mandatory law.

If you are asked to indemnify us for a claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform, that does not affect any of your mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The specific competent court or authority will be stated precisely once the operating entity's formal registration is complete (see the Privacy Policy, Section 1) — this clause will be updated at that point. For any consumer complaint, contact us first at support@creatorharbor.ai; your right to approach the competent UAE consumer-protection authorities remains available in every case.

We may update these Terms to reflect genuine changes to the service or to legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the actual date of the latest publication. Your continued use of the platform after a material update is published constitutes acceptance of it.
