1. Acceptance of terms
By using CreatorHarbor.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the platform.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country of residence. You're responsible for the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under it.
3. Credits & payment
Credits are purchased via plans or direct top-ups in UAE Dirhams, VAT inclusive. Credits are not redeemable for cash, and are automatically returned to your balance when a generation fails or is canceled.
4. Acceptable use
Using the platform to create content that violates UAE law, infringes others' rights, or is misleading or abusive is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
5. Intellectual property
You retain your rights to the content you create through the platform, within the limits of the model providers' licenses. The CreatorHarbor.ai brand and platform design remain ours.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee outputs' fitness for a particular purpose and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
